The contractor will be usually on-site so if you wish to have some changes you can directly speak with him/her. If you need to do some small details or order alterations and our contractor is not present, you just need to leave a note in the group chat or spreadsheet. In that way, we can easily get back to you and resolve the issue.
In case the problem needs a further solution, Michael (our Project Manager) will follow up with the contractors. Our PM will be on-site every week so he can assist you but if you need to ask for his help more than once a week, we will be charging an additional $1500 or 3% (whichever is higher) for the premium service.
