Ever since Eano Home Renovation has emerged, we have already anticipated issues we may bump into while the construction process is underway.
Most of the project mishaps we may encounter during the project:
- Wrong size of construction materials (back and forth shipping and delayed delivery time)
- Missing purchase materials and homeowners rush to the stores to buy them during the construction.
- Installation detail miscommunication (e.g. an electric toilet cover vs a normal toilet)
- Flawed construction (the project needs some minor redo).
To prevent these from happening, Eano will make sure to go through all the material list with you. We’ll verify all the details and clarify further, as much as possible, before we start the work. By doing all these ahead of time, you’ll be able to save an avg. of 30% of the entire construction time and budget.
