What is the workflow if I build an ADU with Eano?

1.  Assessment & Quote ( < 2 weeks)

Book a free consultation with us, we will get to know your plan and budget. Then we will give you an estimate within 2 weeks.

2.  Design & Approval (2 - 4 months)

If you decide to work with us, our architect will begin to design plans for your project so we can secure permits.

3. Construction (5 - 7 months)

​​​​​​​  Once the plan is approved, we’ll send the case to our general contractor to start construction.
