We provide homeowners with an all-inclusive custom design and build solution, including architectural design, kitchen and bathroom remodeling, ADUs, framing, flooring, painting and more. Moreover, we can handle a wide variety of custom projects that suit your needs.

How does Eano offer competitive pricing while working on a shorter construction timeline?

Accepted Answer

Eano handles almost everthing in-house. We have an in-house architect, designer, and project management team. And we have established relationships with trusted, vetted local contractors who have track records of reliability and responsiveness. Our tech-enabled platform provides transparency around pricing from the onset, and our project management tool enables you to collaborate and communicate efficiently with our team, saving time and money. We have established relationships with many of the local vendors in the area, which allows us to source and buy construction materials at the lowest possible cost.

Are you a prefabricated ADU company?

Accepted Answer

No. All our ADUs are custom designed and built to each individual client's specifications. If you prefer a prefab ADU, a prefabricated structure that is prebuilt in a factory and then reassembled or finished onsite, we work with several partners that can offer you an exclusive discount. We encourage you to speak with an Eano project planner to discuss the pros and cons of custom designed ADUs versus prefab ADUs. We're passionate about turning your ideas into reality!

Yes. Eano is general contractor licensed in California (License #1038493). When you work with Eano, you are matched with a trusted, vetted local contractor. We partner only with contractors who uphold our rigorous construction standards and understand the unique nuances of their respective neighborhoods, such as knowing local regulations and having relationships with management companies.
